Premier Lakeshore Title was established back in 2008.  Our primary focus is to provide superior service while assisting customers with their title and escrow needs.  Our team has over 160 years combined title and escrow experience and will help make your closings seamless and error free.  We perform closings not only in Michigan, but all over the United States.  Call us today to let us help be your partner for success. 

Our Staff

David Balsam
President & Owner

David is currently the Agency Manager and Owner and brings over 20 years of title and escrow experience to the team.  David also has prior lending experience and has worked for the two largest nationwide title underwriters.  He is based out of the corporate Holland office.

Sabrina Van Wyk
Title Examiner

Sabrina brings over 20 years of title examining experience to our team.  Sabrina has also worked for a nationwide underwriter and is based out of corporate Holland office.  Sabrina examines for all of our Premier Lakeshore offices.

 

Traci Nauta
Area Agency Manager

Traci brings over 20 years of title and escrow experience with her. She also has a deep background in accounting and the building industry. Traci is based out of our Holland corporate office.

Mariah McFarland
Escrow Agent

Mariah has many years of experience in the title industry and has worked various positions within title. She is now based in Holland where she and her family reside.

Chris Pieczynski
Escrow Agent

Chris has over 23 years of title and escrow experience.  Chris is based out of our Premier Muskegon office and is in charge of operations there. 

Emily Jerch
Escrow Agent

Emily is currently based in our South Haven office. She comes to Premier with a background in title as well as vacation rentals.

Sue Calkins
Escrow Agent

Sue brings over 25 years of title/escrow experience with her. She also has experience in management and examining within the title industry. Sue manages our Douglas office and also our satellite Wayland office.

Tiffany DeGraaf
Escrow Agent

Tiffany has a deep banking background to go with her title and escrow experience. She currently works both in our Grand Haven and Holland offices and supports them.

Doris Campbell
Escrow Agent

Doris currently oversees our Grand Haven office. She has over 20 years of experience in our industry.

Stacey Krueger
Escrow Agent

Stacey has been in the title industry for many years and has a deep knowledge in a variety of positions. She currently resides in our sister company West Edge office in Holland.

Kasey Trombley
Escrow Agent

Kasey has a background in both title and the lending business. She currently works out of our corporate Holland Premier office.

Shelbi Joy
Escrow Agent

Shelbi has a background in title & escrow as well as banking prior to that. She currently works out of our Muskegon office and also assists the Grand Haven office when needed.
